Roosevelt Square is an extremely unique mid-rise complex in Downtown Phoenix boasting over fifty floorplans & accommodating three distinctly designed buildings. The property offers units with more brutalist/industrial inspired finishes and others that steer more "traditional" when talking apartment finishes.

It is crucial to use creative marketing techniques that showcase the property's unique selling points (USPs) to help meet the budget and occupancy goals. USPs are highlighted by utilizing tools like 3D renderings, targeted advertising, limited promos, and engaging content. These deliverables serve as the initial point of contact between the community and prospective residents, making them critical in influencing perceptions & the decision-making process.
